Return policy
Returns for unused tools
Unused tools may be returned within the formal return window. Please keep each tool in its original condition, with blade sheaths and labels in place.
Repack the tool in its original box or a sturdy carton with padding around the head and edge. Returns that arrive damaged from careless packing may not be eligible for a refund.
